Musics and vibes are supposed to bring life, colour, and entertainment to fans and spectators at match venues, but it turned out otherwise at the Lekan Salami Stadium Adamasingba, Ibadan on match day three when the 3sc slugged it out with the visiting Ikorodu city on Sunday
The DJ who was employed to boost the morale of the players and fans made the mistake of playing a tune immediately after the referee blew the final whistle
The game has ended one goal a piece with the angry home fans gnatching their teeth and displaying dissappointment over the performances of their darling team.
Plastics of table water served freely for the fans were thrown and targeted at the sound system, which damaged the computer screen and scattered the table mounted for the instrument
The media gallery and sports journalists were badly hit due to the system mounted and positioned at their stand by the DJ.

The journalists were lucky not to have been caught in the web of the dangerous objects as they cleverly dodged the attack
The fans were obviously showing their annoyance because the 3sc performances after two home games, losing one to Bayelsa United, and drawing one with Ikorodu United was nothing to write home about
They were dejected and frustrated after placing a lot of hope on the team
It was their belief that the team would win the match after pulling in a goal as early as the 9th minute of play through a brilliant move by Sodiq Ibrahim
The fans were charged and sustained their tempo of praises, not until the unexpected equaliser from Sola Adelani through a goal mouth scramble
Palpable silence enveloped the stadium as the Ikorodu United team and supporters celebrated the goal in styles.
It’s more annoying to the 3sc fans that the equalizer came three seconds to the wrapping up of the first half
The fans knew that the two points amassed from home and away out of nine points from three matches is the beginning of failure as the NPFL progresses
The fans with worned outlook accused the 3sc management of packaging lies with no corresponding result in terms of promises
If the poor results continue, they ressoned, there is the fear of relegation threatening the Oluyole boys.
But the 3sc coach,Nurudeen Aweroro, in a post-match press conference, said the result was not expected and that they will correct their mistakes in subsequent matches.

It is worthy of note that the 3sc fans put up an impressive attendance at the stadium filled up to the brim
As of the end of the half-time,the fans were still rushing to pay for the match tickets, compared to the last season.
It is an unprecedented massive support for the 3sc to fly higher and won’t have any room for excuses.
