President Buhari To Depart Nigeria For London On Private Visit

President Muhammadu Buhari is scheduled to travel to the United Kingdom (UK) on a private visit on November 2.

Details of the visit were sketchy on Monday Night.

He is expected back in Nigeria on November 17.

The President and his close aides yesterday left the forecourt of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, around 1.25 p.m for a trip to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to attend Economic Forum of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabian capital.PROMOTED CONTENT

A statement by the Special Adviser (SA) on Media and Publicity, Chief Femi Adesina, said President Buhari will hold bilateral talks with His Majesty King Salman and His Majesty King Abdullah ll of Jordan.

On Wednesday, the President will participate in the High-Level Event, titled: What is Next for Africa: How will Investment and Trade Transform the Continent into the Next Great Economic Success Story? with Presidents of Kenya, Congo-Brazzaville and Burkina Faso.

A statement on Sunday by the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, explained that the President would proceed to Mecca after the Riyadh forum.
