Bauchi Gov’s Media Aide To Honour Outstanding Working Journalists

The Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Bauchi State Governor, Comrade Mukhtar Gidado has disclosed that his office will in every year, select outstanding staff for an award of excellence to enhance productivity and encourage competition.

Comrade Mukhtar Gidado announced this in his office while presenting a special gift to Hajara Aliyu, Bauchi State Reporter of the Channels Television.

The Governor’s Media Aide said the honor was in recognition and appreciation for the recent award she recieved by the Management of the Channels Television as the best reporter of the year 2019 /2020 of the Television station.

” I present you with this gift to honour you and to boost your moral taking into cognizant that, you have done well and to further encourage you to do more.”

“After receiving award as best reporter of your organisation, I feel as the SSA Media to the Governor we should honor and appreciate your for this development and for your outstanding performance.”.

“Additionally, I promised members of the press Crew that during my tenure, honor would be given to whom it is due and that actually hence my resolve to tell my crew members to redouble performance because in every end of the year, we will organize an award night to honor crew members who contributed immensely to the propagation of the laudable policies and programmes of the government of Senator Bala Mohammed.”

Comrade Mukhtar Gidado said the award presentation is to boost the moral of the staff of the Directorate to redouble their performance especially by practicing the profession according to its ethics.

“I want to use this medium to thank my colleagues particularly those at the Press Crew for their support, the level of support and cooperation I have been receiving is unprecedented and I want to appeal to you to continue with that.”

In a vote of thanks, the Chairman, Government House Press Crew, Mahmud Ibn Yakubu thanked the Governor’s Media Aide for the gesture and promised to do more for the image of the administration. END
