KK Kingdom Nigeria Limited, an indigenous Nigerian construction company based in FCT Abuja has been contracted to construct the new KAURA mega city worth about N4.8 billion in Bauchi State capital.
Our correspondent reports that Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed alongsideis Bayelsa State counterpart,douye Diri last week flogged off the project and that of the 2.8 kilometres Tambari bye – pass road been handled by KK Kingdom Nigeria Limited.
Addressing newsmen on the activities of the company in Bauchi yesterday, the Vice President of KK Kingdom Nigeria Limited,Abdullahi Nasiru Abdullahi said ” the project is based on Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the Bauchi state government,and it comes at no cost to the Bauchi state government “.
” KK Kingdom Nigeria limited and our financier,Norrenberger will work together in delivering this project in 18 dry months,and we also aim to finish theTambari bye – pass road by July ending this year “.
According to him,”Another very important aspect of the project is that it will create over 2,500 jobs in Bauchi state and this wil enhance the employability of the people of the state. It will help the people to develop themselves”.
“We aim to have features, that is, provide basic amenities and infrastructures in KAURA mega city. We will have two filling stations,a farmers market, a shopping mall,a school and a clinic,among others. It will be an entire new city where you can find everything with safety secured and with the state of the art latest innovation in the building sector”, he added.
Abdullahi also explained that ” KK Kingdom Nigeria limited is a company with a very vast vision,and our vision is to have a lasting influence in the environment and also to make sure we have given our satisfactory results to all our clients with the benefit of the ground breaking and state of the arts architectural designs and also buildings that we do across Nigeria”.
