Bauchi Gov hails his Chief of Staff over commitment to duty

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State on Thursday expressed confidence in the ability of his Chief of Staff, Dr Aminu Hassan Gamawa towards supporting the administration to achieve the set objectives.

The governor made the remark while presiding over the swearing in ceremony of the newly appointed Secretary to the State Government, Ibrahim Kashim, Chief of Staff, Government House Bauchi, Dr Aminu Hassan Gamawa Principal Private Secretary, Samaila Burga, Deputy Chief of Staff and twenty one Commissioners held at Banquet Hall, Government House Annex, Bauchi.

Governor Bala Mohammed said the new Chief of Staff performed credibility and to the best of his ability when he was appointed as the Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning thereby meeting the expectation of the state government.

The governor said his outstanding performance as the immediate past Commissioner in the state stands him out as a man of principle and commitment to duty.

“I congratulate all of you on your well deserved appointments. I would still like to remind you of the enormity of the tasks before you.”

Governor Bala Mohammed therefore tasked Dr Aminu Gamawa alongside other appointess to live above board and discharge their duties in accordance with their oath of office.

The sworn in Chief of Staff, Government House Bauchi Dr Aminu Hassan Gamawa once again expressed gratitude to Governor Bala Mohammed for finding him worty to serve in that capacity.

Dr Aminu Gamawa promised his total commitment to duty in order to ensure effective implementation of the governor’s policies and programmes for the overall development of the state.
