The People’s Democratic Party PDP Senatorial primary in ostate yesterday ended with a shocking appearance of Senator Danjuma Goje on the ballot sheet for Gombe Central primary just as former Governor Hassan Dankwambo emerges candidate for Gombe North through consensus.
Mr. Tony Yaro emerged the candidate for with 59 votes beating his closest opponent, Binta Bello who scored 57 by just two votes merging.
In Gombe Central, Abubakar Aliu emerged the candidate with 59 vote beating his opponent Muhammadu Aliu Baba who got 3 votes.
However, the name of former Governor Danjuma Goje and Senator representing Gombe Central surprisingly appeared in the ballot sheets but obtained zero vote.
