Creative Nigeria gathered from sources close to the chairman of the committee and DG, National Council for Arts and Culture, Otunba Segun Runsewe that letters already in lagos, were part of the measures to empower the LOC members and effectively engage them to serve meritoriously.

**National Insurance commission is set to announce an upwards review of third party insurance policy cover for motorists in Nigeria. When in effect, the new premium rate will replace the five thousand naira rate charged before now. The third party cover is the most popular among the six compulsory insurance policies required by the insurance Act 2003.
