** Letters of appointment for the local organising committee for Eko Nafest ( National festival of Arts and Culture) is ready for distribution to members. Creative Nigeria gathered from sources close to the chairman of the committee and DG, National Council for Arts and Culture, Otunba Segun Runsewe that letters already in lagos, were part of the measures to empower the LOC members and effectively engage them to serve meritoriously.

**National Insurance commission is set to announce an upwards review of third party insurance policy cover for motorists in Nigeria. When in effect, the new premium rate will replace the five thousand naira rate charged before now. The third party cover is the most popular among the six compulsory insurance policies required by the insurance Act 2003.

Speaking at the Chinese mid Autumn Festival and Chinese National Day celebration over the weekend in lagos, Runsewe who is also chairman, Africa China culture and Arts exchange society, noted that China progressive culture programmes targeting Nigerian students has impacted positively in the culture education exchange programs between both countries.
