Chief Segun Oni on Monday adjudicated on the moderate to be applied in the hearing of petition before the court, which is set to commence on a date to be subsequently announced by the Secretary of the Tribunal.

However, it has become an uncontestable fact that some of the decisions ruled by the learned judges have further weakened the defence of the All Progressive Congress regarding the certificate Saga of the elected Deputy-Governor of the APC.
