The Oba Timothy Fadina Foundation proudly announces the establishment of the 40-Bed Oba Timothy Oloyede Fadina Primary Health Care Center, Ota, a landmark healthcare project positioned to strengthen community wellness and support the growing vision of accessible medical tourism and sustainable healthcare development within Ogun State.

The healthcare facility, named in honor of the late Oba Timothy Oloyede Fadina, Olagoroye II, former Olota of Ota (1949–1954), was facilitated through the visionary leadership and commitment of His Royal Majesty, Professor Adeyemi AbdulKabir Obalanlege, PhD, the Olota of Ota Kingdom.

The project was financed and executed by the Presidency through the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals (SSAP-SDGs), under the distinguished leadership of Her Excellency, Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire.

Speaking on behalf of the Foundation, representatives described the project as “a bridge between legacy and humanity,” noting that the Center reflects the values of service, continuity, and people-centered leadership long associated with the reign and memory of Oba Timothy Oloyede Fadina.

Beyond infrastructure, the 40-bed healthcare center represents a strategic investment in:

Primary healthcare accessibility,
Maternal and child wellness,
Community development,
And the emerging healthcare and medical tourism ecosystem within Ota and Aworiland.

The Foundation expressed deep appreciation to His Majesty, the Olota of Ota, for ensuring that the legacy of past traditional leadership continues to inspire meaningful development for present and future generations.

The Oba Timothy Oloyede Fadina Primary Health Care Center stands not only as a healthcare institution, but as a lasting symbol of collaboration between traditional leadership, federal development initiatives, and community impact.

This historic initiative reinforces the growing importance of Ota as a center for culture, development, and people-focused progress within Ogun State and Nigeria at large.
