Ekiti Rep Dissociates Self From Money Collection For Employment Seekers

Warns Those Behind Such Rackeetering

Hon Akinlayo Kolawole, a member of the House of Representatives, representing Ido-Osi/Moba/ Ilejemeje federal constituency of Ekiti State has dissociated himself from allegation of collecting money from people to secure jobs.

The lawmaker who frowned at the allegation urged the general public especially members of his constituent not to give anybody money on his behalf for any form of job opportunity.

According to him, I wondered why people could be so callous as to seek for money in order to give employment,

“Am not and I have never demanded money from any individual before giving my people work, so I don’t know where this is coming from, am not the type that will be demanding money for favour”, he said.

He however, warned those involve to desist from this malicious attitude as those found to be involved would be dealt with in accordance with the law of the land.

He stated that his people believed in him and they voted for me and I will do everything to represent them well through robust legislation.

He urged his constituents to be patient with him as he promised to influence federal government projects to the area
