The petition, written by Mr Emeka Nze, Mr Victorson Agbenson and Mr Johnchuks Onuanyim, alleges that the accused forged Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) certificates from the International Institute of Journalism (IIJ), Abuja. However, the claims lack merit and appear to be politically motivated.
